All deliveries will be sent via the Royal Mail (including international) Tracked and therefore any lost parcel is subject to the Royal Mails Compensation policy for lost items:-
Postage refund, plus compensation on basis of the customer's actual loss. This compensation is subject to the maximum payable being the lower of the market value of the item and £20 (£50 for Royal Mail Signed For®).
For Supported Shipping zones please check to see if the royal mail international delivery service delivers to your country. Whilst it does deliver good to over 230 countries there may be some extenuating circumstances that may effect deliveries.
For Returns, exchanges, damages or lost packages please refer to our returns policy.
All orders will be processed Monday to Friday by 4pm. All deliveries should arrive within 14 days of being posted.

If your Item/s are damaged during delivery please take Photos and send them to Brian Redmore at Bwr123@burncro.com, and we will guide you on how to return item and arrange for either a replacement or a refund.
We will not refund any Items that were damaged as a direct result from your actions. E.g. Using a blade to cut through the packaging and slicing through the item/s.
We will not refund Item/s that have past the 30 day window from the postage date.
We will not refund any /items that have been used, please keep them in their original packaging and unopened.
All refunds will be processes within 30 days.

Burn Cro LTD sell a range of Branded Merchandise including Bags, Mugs, T-shirts and much more. We want you to feel comfortable, and look good, whilst advertising our Logo. We aim to give you a smooth service from the catalogue directly to your doorstep.
Burn Cro LTD was Founded and Created by myself, Brian Redmore. I also created the Burn Cro Shop using an app which I have personally tested to ensure it functions accordingly. We currently do not have the option to created an account, however we may add this option at a later time.
